Ron Panaggio, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at PRADCO since November 2022, Panaggio previously held key HR leadership roles at Stanley Black & Decker, MTD Products, and Johnson Controls, focusing on employee relations, organizational development, and integration strategies. Panaggio's earlier career included roles at Tyco SimplexGrinnell, Bluestone Advisory Group, Penske Logistics, Menlo Worldwide, and Emery Worldwide, where responsibilities ranged from regional HR management to national recruitment and labor relations. Panaggio holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications from James Madison University.
