Erica Hampleman

Erica Hampleman, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management. Currently serving as the Benefits and Leave Program Manager at Prairie State Generating Company since May 2016, Erica has held several roles in the organization, including Human Resource Generalist and Sr. Human Resources Coordinator, where responsibilities included recruiting, coordinating interviews, and managing job descriptions and offer letters. Previously, Erica worked as the Employee Health and Disabilities Coordinator at Southern Illinois Healthcare, focusing on employee immunization and compensation programs. Additional roles include pharmacy technician at Family Drug, human resources intern at Cablofil, Inc., and advancement office staff member at Greenville College. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Greenville University and has pursued further legal education at Southern Illinois University School of Law.
