Sharad Rankhamb has over 16 years of work experience in various roles in the engineering field. Sharad started their career as a Trainee Engineer at Chemtron Science Laboratories Private Limited in September 2003 and worked there until January 2004. Sharad then worked as a Project Engineer at Resonance Specialties Ltd. from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, they joined CHEMPLANT PROJECT CONSULTANTS as a Piping Engineer and worked there until 2007. Since February 2007, they have been working at Praj Industries as an Assistant General Manager - Piping Engineering.
Sharad Rankhamb's education history began in 1988 when they attended Bharat Vidyalaya in Omerga where they earned their SSC degree. Sharad then pursued higher education at Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji College of Arts, Science & Commerce College in Omerga from 1997 to 1999, obtaining their HSE degree. Following this, from 1999 to 2003, Rankhamb attended MIT Academy of Engineering in Alandi, Pune, where they achieved a BE-Chemical degree. Lastly, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies in Pune between 2006 and 2008.
