Praktikal
Omari Loid is the co-founder and CEO of Praktikal, which empowers teachers to create student-centred classroom experiences in STEAM, a role held since March 2021. Omari also serves as a mentor for Solaride, beginning in January 2022, aiding in the popularization of engineering. As Chairman of the Board at Mudel-Eesti SA and a trainer at Aestia koolitused since June 2021 and June 2019 respectively, Omari focuses on leadership and management trainings. Previously, Omari was the CEO of Kolm Põrsakest from September 2015 to June 2021, promoting curiosity and scientific thought through science theatre and educational products. Experience also includes a role as a physics teacher at Tallinna Saksa Gümnaasium and consulting for student organizations at OLE ROHKEM. Omari has held leadership positions in Tartu and Elva Youth Councils and possesses degrees in Entrepreneurship and Project Management, as well as Chemistry, from the University of Tartu.

We develop teaching-learning sequences (TLS) that are practical, project-based and adaptable. In almost every lesson the students can engage in practical exercises. Our TLS are created, managed, shared and used in a single web-solution. We provide schools with project kits and materials which are affordable, reusable and multifunctional.
