Abeer Shah has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer success, operations, and account management. Currently serving as Customer Success Lead at Pratilipi since October 2019, Abeer has also held roles such as Operations Manager and Author Relations Specialist within the same organization. Previous positions include Account Manager at Wedding Land, Delivery Driver at Swiggy, and Founder of Shoetopia. Abeer has experience as a Research Analyst, Security Officer, and Financial Agent across various companies.
