Malav Vasavda

Malav Vasavda holds extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as VP Finance at Pratilipi since October 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing finance operations, financial reporting, FEMA compliance, and taxation. Previous roles encompass positions as Finance Manager at Pratilipi, Chartered Accountant at VOOMPLA, Manager Finance Control at Valuevity Media, and Senior Manager (Audit and Taxation) at R. J. Shah & Associates, among others. Malav began the career as an intern at Ajay Chhaya & Company, gaining skills in auditing and tax compliance. Educational qualifications include a Masters in Business Law from the National Law School of India University, Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a Bachelor of Commerce from H. L. Institute of Commerce. Additionally, training in music as a Sangit Visharad in Tabla Vadan has been completed.
