Mayank Drolia

Mayank Drolia is an experienced marketing and growth professional currently serving as the Marketing and Growth Manager at Pratilipi since November 2020, focusing on performance marketing, product-led growth, retention, engagement, monetization, and influencer marketing. Previously, Mayank was the Business Unit Head at F5 from January 2020 to October 2020, where responsibilities included launching and leading the on-demand refreshment delivery business. Additionally, Mayank completed a management internship at Vedanta Resources Limited that involved spend analysis, workflow automation design, and vendor due diligence. Early career experiences include internships at ISRO and a position as an Engineer Trainee with Indian Railways. Mayank holds an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from M.B.M. Engineering College, along with a summer program in International Business from SDA Bocconi.
