Derek Gutierrez

Derek Gutierrez is a seasoned professional in human resources and training with extensive experience in educational and retail environments. Currently serving as an HR Training and Development Specialist at Pratt Institute since April 2024, Derek previously held the position of Assistant Store Manager at Patagonia, where responsibilities included staff supervision, budget management, and event coordination.
