Dan Rabinowitz is an accomplished attorney and entrepreneur with extensive experience in legal and compliance roles and leadership positions. Currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Pre/Dicta since June 2018 and as the Chief Executive Officer of Deko Cocktails since September 2019, Dan has successfully co-founded a premium ready-to-drink cocktail brand. Prior roles include legal analytics and compliance consulting at Amtrak, where Dan managed initiatives to optimize workflow systems, and as Associate General Counsel at WellPoint Military Care, overseeing healthcare fraud detection programs. Dan's background includes significant litigation experience as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice and as General Counsel at Praescient Analytics. Dan holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
