Prior experience includes a position as jcoco National Sales Manager at Seattle Chocolate from June 2017 to September 2020. Kirsten's career began at Alaska Airlines, where from 2006 to 2017, roles included Product Manager for Brand Experience in Food & Beverage, where initiatives included pioneering airline catering with chefs from various countries, and Customer Care Agent, delivering exceptional service. Additional experience at Horizon Air as a Reservation Agent and Ramp Agent contributed to a comprehensive skill set in customer service and operations. Kirsten holds a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Washington and has an educational background from St. John's International School.
