Erwin Lebon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and human resources management. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Falco Global Partners since 2019, Erwin focuses on operational investments and sustainable value creation for high-growth companies. Additional roles include being an investor and operational partner at several innovative firms such as CORMETECH, Amphorica, PreciPoint, and Demium. Erwin has significant experience in leadership positions, including serving as CHRO and non-executive board member at GALERIA Karstadt Kaufhof GmbH, and previously held various senior human resources roles at GE for over two decades. Erwin's educational background includes a degree from Tilburg University and earlier studies at Jeanne D'Arc Lyceum in Maastricht.
