Andy Iseman is a seasoned finance and operations professional with extensive experience in managing budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and sales within various industries. Currently serving as Business Controller at Precis since October 2023, Iseman previously held the position of Head of Operations & Finance at Bannerboy from August 2017. Earlier roles include Finance Manager at KINC, a sports and lifestyle agency, and Sales & Finance Manager at Sevennine13, where Iseman oversaw financial and sales operations. Additional experience spans sales advisory and account executive positions at Smooch Rings and KAOS Europe, respectively. Iseman's event management expertise includes leading large-scale events for BUSC Events and Off The Piste. Iseman holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol.
