Prior to joining the digital advertising industry, Andy held leadership positions at Freestyle Interactive, a digital marketing agency, and Carat Interactive, a division of Aegis, PLC. At Freestyle Interactive, they served as the SVP and Managing Director, overseeing media, creative, and account management functions. At Carat Interactive, they were the Vice President and Managing Director of the Los Angeles office, managing client relationships and driving new business development.

Andy's career began at Transactional Media, where they served as the Director of Project Operations, developing and implementing marketing strategies for direct response marketing projects.
