Christian Dankl has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Christian is the Co-Founder & Chairman of Precise TV, an award-winning contextual video advertising platform. Christian also served as the Non-Executive Director and Member of the Board at Precise TV. Additionally, Dankl worked at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE as the CEO of AdVoD, overseeing the OTT and global Video on Demand business. Christian was also the Chairman of the Board at ProSiebenSat.1 Digital GmbH. Dankl held the role of Member of the Supervisory Board at 7TV Joint Venture GmbH and was a Member of the Board of Directors at Studio71, LP. Prior to that, Dankl worked at The Walt Disney Company as the Vice President, International, Maker Studios, where they were responsible for the international commercial group and global monetization. Christian also served as a Mentor at Seedcamp and as the Vice President, Europe at AdParlor, a social media advertising technology company. Earlier in their career, Dankl held positions at Sony DADC US and Sony DADC UK, where they were involved in global business development and headed the business development department, respectively.
Christian Dankl has a Master's degree (Magister) in Business Administration, Management, and Information Technology from Fachhochschule Salzburg. Christian obtained this degree from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they hold an Executive Education Certificate in Launching New Ventures from Harvard Business School, which they completed in 2012.
