Nadav Shmuel has a strong background in the advertising technology industry. Nadav co-founded Precise TV in 2015 and currently serves as the CEO. Precise TV is a fast-growing social video advertising platform that utilizes AI to analyze millions of YouTube and Facebook videos. Under Nadav's leadership, the company has achieved accreditation from various organizations and has expanded its global presence with offices in London, Sydney, and New York. Prior to Precise TV, Nadav worked as the Managing Director in the UK for AdParlor, a prominent social media advertising technology company with preferred relationships with major social networks. Nadav also held the position of Head of Business Development at ad pepper media UK Ltd and worked as a Commercial Manager at Affinity Internet Holdings Plc, focusing on portal development. Nadav's extensive experience in the industry has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of social media advertising and consumer targeting.

From 1992 to 1995, Nadav Shmuel attended the University of Brighton, where they pursued a degree in Computing and Business. During this time, their field of study encompassed computing and business-related subjects. In March 2015, Nadav obtained certification as an Adwords Video Certified professional from Google AdWords Certified.
