Chris Wellinger

Chris Wellinger, PhD, serves as the Director of Global Total Rewards at Precisely, a position held since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Elior North America, where Chris progressed from HR Manager in the Healthcare Segment to Director of Total Rewards from January 2017 to April 2023, as well as serving as an HR Consultant at UPMC from April 2016 to January 2017. Chris's earlier career includes various HR roles at PPG Industries from March 2012 to April 2016 and an HR Assistant position at UPMC from January 2011 to March 2012. Chris holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Instructional Management & Leadership from Robert Morris University, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Robert Morris University.
