Kale Paulson

Kale Paulson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as President of the Fasteners Division at Precision Castparts since October 2017, Kale has held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Vice President of the EPD Division and Vice President/General Manager of Avibank Manufacturing. Prior to Precision Castparts, Kale was the Vice President and General Manager at GCM for a brief period in 2017 and managed operations at Accra from February 2014 to January 2017, overseeing an $80M aerospace manufacturing facility. Previous positions include Vice President of Operations at Fatigue Technology Inc., and Director of Sales for Volvo Construction Equipment. Kale holds an MBA in Finance from Portland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science from Montana Technological University.
