Nadeem Haris, MBA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting across various industries. Currently serving as the Assistant Financial Controller at Precision Castparts since February 2023, Nadeem leads a team responsible for accounting and financial reporting in a multi-plant business unit, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance. Previously, as Finance Manager at Chassis Auto, Nadeem developed management reporting packages and managed full cycle accounting processes. Nadeem's background includes roles at PepsiCo, where significant contributions were made to financial reporting and consolidation, and Philip Morris International, where process improvements were implemented to enhance compliance and financial analysis. Nadeem holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing, is a CPA Ontario member, and has additional qualifications in investments and securities.
