Paul Balagot

Paul Balagot is an experienced executive with a diverse background in client services and management. Currently serving as the EVP Managing Director for the UK & EU at Precision AQ since May 2014, Paul has also held various leadership roles such as Chief Experience Officer and General Manager for the UK office. Prior to this role, Paul was the Director of Client Services at Square 1 Partners from August 2013 to May 2014 and took a brief sabbatical in mid-2013. Notably, Paul worked at Ignite Health for nearly a decade, advancing from Senior Producer to EVP Client Services & West Coast Managing Director. Early career experiences include positions at EarthLink, Bigstep.com, and Johnson & Johnson, where Paul began as a Business Analyst/Project Lead. Academically, Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a minor in Drama from UC Irvine.
