Craig Mermel has had a distinguished career in the technology and medical fields. Craig began their professional journey in 2004 as an M.D./Ph.D. Student at Harvard Medical School. In 2006, they became a Graduate Student at the Broad Institute. From 2012-2014, they were a Resident in Pathology at Massachusetts General Hospital. In 2014, they moved to Apple as an Engineer. In 2018, they joined Google as a Senior Staff Research Scientist, Staff Research Scientist, and Product Manager. Currently, Craig is the President and Chief Product Officer at Precision Neuroscience.
Craig Mermel attended Adlai E Stevenson High School from 1996 to 2000, where they completed their secondary education. Craig then went on to Washington University in St. Louis, where they earned a B.A. in Mathematics and Biochemistry in 2004. Afterward, they attended Harvard University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Genetics. Finally, they attended Harvard Medical School from 2004 to 2012, where they earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree.
