Vijayanand Jaikumar

Vijayanand Jaikumar is a Senior Engineer Customer Support at Precitec, specializing in the commissioning of ALLin Light Disc lasers and Fiber Laser sources, along with integration with OEM CNC controllers. With extensive experience in developing application parameters for cutting and piercing, Vijayanand has also been involved in after-sales support activities. Previously, as Assistant Manager High Power Fiber Lasers at IPG Photonics India, responsibilities included project management in laser applications for cutting, welding, and marking, with a focus on the automotive sector. Initial roles included Project Lead and Project Engineer, where software development for laser marking machines was performed. Vijayanand holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics from Bharathiar University.
