Erik de Witte is the CEO of Prefera Finance Ltd. since January 2015, leading a national finance company that specializes in tailored financial solutions for Canadians. Prior experience includes serving as SVP & President of TD Financing Services, overseeing TD's indirect consumer lending sectors from April 2006 to March 2011. Earlier, Erik held the position of Chief Financial Officer at VFC Inc. from June 1998 until its acquisition by TD in 2006, where VFC was recognized as the largest non-prime lender in public markets. Erik's career began at KPMG Canada, where a role as Senior Manager in the Audit and Financial Services Group was held from May 1991 to June 1998. Erik holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University, completed in 1991.
