Faye serves at Senior Vice President of Preferred Apartment Communities. She joined PAC in 2016 and has over 23 years of experience in Multifamily Management. As Senior Vice President, Faye oversees all Operations for the PAC Portfolio. She also oversees operations for PAC’s new development asset as well as lease-up operations through the PAC Mezzanine program.
Before joining PAC, Faye worked as Vice President of Multifamily for Harbor Group Management Company where she oversaw 18,000 units throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. She also worked for Trammel Crow Residential and SWH Properties.
Prior to working in Multifamily, Faye worked in the Hospitality Industry for JW Marriott and Starwood.
