Hando Hain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, development, and sustainability services, currently serving as Senior Advisor on Strategy and Development and Director of Strategy and Innovation at Preferred by Nature since 2000. Previous roles include Development Director at NEPCon, where leadership was provided to ensure the service portfolio aligned with future sustainability needs, and Country Manager for NEPCon's Estonia operations. Hain also held the position of Lead Auditor, managing audits across Estonia and Europe. In addition to current MBA studies at TalTech School of Business and Governance, involvement on the Board of Directors for the Sustainable Agriculture Network and experience as Forestry Working Group Manager at Friends of the Earth underscore a commitment to environmental issues. Hando Hain's educational background includes a PhD in Human Geography and Regional Planning from the University of Tartu, along with MSc and BSc degrees in Geography with a focus on Landscape Ecology and Environmental Technology from the same institution.
