Nathan Heimbaugh is a skilled network engineer with extensive experience in IT support and network operations. Currently employed at Prelude Services since September 2018, Nathan has held various roles including Network Engineer, NOC Analyst, and Service Desk Analyst, providing Level 1 support for hardware and software issues. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Specialist at Probitas Technology Inc., where Nathan contributed to network maintenance and inventory management. At The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc., Nathan advanced through various technician roles, troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and WiFi connections, supporting VOIP systems, and managing significant network projects. Nathan holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from YTI Career Institute, completed in 2014.
