Jaclyn Sosa has a strong background in finance and accounting. Jaclyn started their career at PwC as an Associate in 2006. From 2007 to 2013, they worked at Sterling Stamos as a Manager, where they were responsible for managing a fund accountant team and overseeing various investment vehicles. In 2013, they joined Prelude Capital as a Controller until 2017. Jaclyn then assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer in January 2018 at the same company.
Jaclyn Sosa completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Jaclyn then pursued further education at NYU Stern School of Business, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance and Financial Management Services from 2010 to 2013.
