Jim Murphy has had a successful career in the hotel industry. Jim started their career at PREM Group in 1989 and held the role of CEO. At PREM Group, they believed in doing the right thing always and had a practical, entrepreneurial spirit. Jim Murphy then joined the Irish Hotels Federation in 2002, where they served as President until 2004.
Jim Murphy completed their Leaving Certificate at Cistercian College Roscrea. Jim later pursued a degree in Hotel Management at the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology through a block release program, which they completed between 1979 and 1983.
