Timothy Shi

Timothy Shi is a seasoned product design and management professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Product Design Manager at Plaid since June 2021, Timothy also holds a position as an Enterprise Risk Management Committee Board Member at Premier America Credit Union. Previous experience includes leading product management initiatives at Pacific Life, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing cross-functional teams to modernize digital experiences, and at Blue Bottle Coffee, where a comprehensive omni-channel strategy was developed. Timothy's design expertise was further honed at IDEO, where both design and engineering skills were utilized, and earlier roles at Google and other organizations contributed to a robust background in software development.
