Previous roles include voice acting at SBV Talent and McCarrell & Associates from 2011 to 2013 and a radio hosting position at Jefferson-Pilot Broadcasting from 1980 to 1985. Billy's educational background includes training at the National School of Broadcasting from 1976 to 1977.
