Xaver Loher

Xaver Loher is an experienced project manager specializing in general procurement and lean management at Premium AEROTEC since September 2012. Key roles include developing a lean master plan, conducting lean assessments, and managing the ramp-up phase of A350XWB CFRM sideshell production. Previously, Xaver served as the head of lean management and industrial engineering at Premium AEROTEC S.R.L. România, and as a manufacturing process engineer at Airbus Defence and Space, where Xaver led projects related to the Eurofighter Centre and UAV Barracuda. Xaver holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in mechanical engineering from Technische Hochschule Augsburg and has additional qualifications from notable institutions including EADS Defence & Space and The University of Manchester.
