Michael Donoghue

Michael Donoghue is an experienced leader with a diverse background in finance and management. Currently serving as Chairman of Elmwood Agency Corp since August 2018, a property and casualty insurance broker with $30 million in annual premiums, and as Chairman of the Board for ABAR Abstract Corp. since February 2016, Donoghue has extensive experience in real estate services. Additionally, as President and CEO of Premium Mortgage Corp. since March 1999, management responsibilities include overseeing eight branch offices in the Northeast US and Florida, with annual sales exceeding $1 billion and significant asset management for FNMA and Freddie Mac. Donoghue also founded Ugly Disco and held the role of Finance Director for the Monroe County District Attorney's Campaign from October 2010 to November 2012. Prior military service as a Military Police Investigator in the US Army from 1989 to 1992 complements a solid educational foundation from Nazareth University, where studies were completed between 1991 and 1994.
