Matthias Alderweireldt

Matthias Alderweireldt is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with a strong background in product development and design, currently serving as Lead Mechanical Engineer at Premium Sound Solutions since January 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Mechanical Engineer at Verhaert Masters in Innovation and various consultancy positions at NALYS and Nokia, where Matthias contributed to the development of complex mechanical systems for copper data networks, achieving fully working prototypes and successful market introductions. Other notable experience includes mechanical design roles at TE Connectivity and Comate bvba, along with project engineering at Altachem NV. Matthias holds a master's degree in Product Development from the University of Antwerp and completed an exchange program in Product Design at Escola de Disseny I Art in Barcelona.
