Rutger Amant serves as the Global HR Process Manager at Premium Sound Solutions, overseeing the implementation of international HR processes and ensuring compliance across various sites. Previously, Rutger held the position of Global Head of Employee Experience & Programme Office at Intrum, where responsibilities included defining and ensuring a consistent employee experience globally. Prior roles at Intrum also encompassed acting as Technology and HR Operations Director (Ad interim), leading change and strategic HR projects, and serving as Local HR Director for Belgium.
