Thierry Walrant

Thierry Walrant is a seasoned software architect with over three decades of experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Chief Software Architect at D&M Premium Sound Solutions since May 2010, Thierry previously held roles at NXP Semiconductors from October 2006 to May 2010 as a Sr. System Architect & Standardization Specialist, focusing on standardization in wireless and home networking applications. Prior to that, Thierry worked at Philips from June 1996 to October 2006, where roles included Sr. System Architect & Standardization Specialist in Leuven, Wireless System Architect in Silicon Valley, and Software Architect for TriMedia development. Career beginnings were at ICDI, a Philips subsidiary, from September 1990 to June 1996 as Project Leader for developing real-time applications for CD-i. Thierry holds a degree from Université libre de Bruxelles, completed in 1990.
