David Schorsch has a diverse work experience in finance and asset management. David started their career as a Management Trainee at First Financial Bank in 2002 and later served as the Operational Risk Analyst and Customer Information Security Officer. In 2005, they joined Fort Washington Investment Advisors as a Financial and Operations Analyst, and then took on the role of Business Analyst for Investment Systems. In 2010, they worked at Vantiv in the Financial Reporting Systems department. In 2012, they joined Phillips Edison & Company as a Corporate Finance Manager and Senior Financial Analyst. Since 2013, David has been working at PECO Real Estate Partners (PREP), initially as a Senior Financial Analyst and later taking on roles as Director of Finance, Senior Director of Asset Management, and currently serving as the Vice President of Asset Management.
David Schorsch completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Xavier University from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the same institution.
