Benny Meadows has over a decade of experience in various leadership roles. Starting in 2011, they worked at Rubicon Global as an Account Director, where they led the Manufacturing, Industrial, and Distribution customer channel. Benny also served as the Sr. Director of Customer Success, managing five customer-facing business channels and driving revenue growth. In 2019, Benny joined Applied Software as the Director of Customer Success, where they built the Customer Success organization and managed departmental KPIs. In 2021, they transitioned to Agility Recovery (now operating as Preparis) as the VP of Customer Success, responsible for the post-sale customer experience. Currently, Benny is the VP of Revenue Operations at Preparis, helping businesses prepare for unexpected events and achieve resilience.
Benny Meadows earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Furman University.
