Ekta Kalra

Ekta Kalra currently serves as a BAM at HDFC Life since November 2022 and has been working as a Quality Assurance Analyst at PrepLadder since September 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Teleperformance from July 2018 to February 2020, and as a SRD Executive at Tata Business Support Services Limited (Serwizsol) from February 2016 to July 2018, where initial responsibilities involved customer care and progressed to a knowledge escalation desk. Training in Embedded C using PIC and 8051 microcontrollers was completed at CMSR LABS in 2012 and 2013. Ekta Kalra obtained a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Kurukshetra University from 2011 to 2014, and a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jai Polytechnic between 2008 and 2011.
