Julia Melo is a skilled professional with diverse experience in customer success, veterinary medicine, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Customer Success Onboarding & Operations Specialist and an Enterprise Solutions Consultant at Preply since February 2023, Julia focuses on consulting language solutions for businesses and managing CRM data.
