Prior experience includes working as a Writing Specialist at Babson College's Graduate Center for Career Development, where Tatiana assisted students with career-related writing and collaborated on various projects. Tatiana also interned as a Project Assistant at Parquet Capital, supporting the Founder and CEO, and held multiple engineering roles at A123 Systems and other companies, focusing on research and development of materials and processes. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
