Elliot Sherriff has extensive experience in the technology and customer support sectors, particularly within Infinity from September 2015 to December 2023, where roles included Presales Engineer, Solutions Specialist, Technical Specialist, Senior Support Specialist, Head of Number Ordering and Porting, and Support Representative. As a Technical Specialist, Elliot designed solutions for clients by translating business requirements into technical solutions. In the role of Senior Support Specialist, Elliot provided high-level support to key clients, while the Head of Number Ordering and Porting role focused on managing the availability and maintenance of essential numbers for customers. Elliot is also a member of PreSales Collective since March 2022. Education was completed at Reigate Sixth Form College.
