Will Holtz

Will Holtz currently serves as the VP of Strategy & Operations at Prescient AI, a platform designed for eCommerce brands to easily implement advanced AI models. Holtz is also the co-founder and host of Don't V*LOOKUP, a platform that shares insights from leading operators on data-driven business decisions. Prior roles include Head of Operations at Source Medium, co-founder of Rightside Brands, and Director of E-Commerce & Regulatory Strategy at Recess, where significant growth and regulatory strategies were developed. Holtz co-founded YNG Ventures and contributed to business operations at Grove Collaborative, along with serving as a strategic consultant and private equity associate at Soros Fund Management. Holtz holds an MBA in Marketing from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics and Psychology from Cornell University.
