Casey Ballow

Casey Ballow currently serves as the Assistant Facility Security Officer at Prescient Edge, starting in November 2023, where responsibilities include human resources tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll, in addition to supporting strategic HR initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as a Recruiting Analyst at Accenture from June 2021 to October 2023, focusing on providing market intelligence data to enhance HR initiatives and assist in sourcing efforts through recruitment platforms. In the summer of 2019, Casey gained hands-on experience as a Human Resources Intern at Marriott International, contributing to the implementation of a cloud-based human capital management system. Casey holds a degree in Labor and Employment Relations with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Penn State University, completed in May 2021.
