Marianne Hyltoft is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development, innovation, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as Fund Director for PSV DeepTech since October 2020, Hyltoft leads the development of specialized early-stage funds at the intersection of deep tech, hardware, GreenTech, and research. As a Business Angel Investor at Nosco since March 2019, Hyltoft supports companies in enhancing their innovation capabilities. Previous roles include Partner at KRING, where sustainability-focused ventures were co-created, and Co-founder/CEO at Flextribe, addressing the future workforce landscape. Earlier career highlights include Founding Partner at Emerger, Senior Business Developer at Den Sociale Kapitalfond, and positions at Bain & Company and PA Consulting. Hyltoft holds multiple educational qualifications in international business, engineering, and coaching, further enhancing expertise in leadership and organizational development.
