Alec Rowell, SHRM-CP, MBA, currently serves as a Human Resources & Development Specialist at PRESENCE, a position held since February 2021, following roles as Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays for a brief period and as a Sales Expert/Customer Relations team member at Best Buy from January 2016 to October 2020. Further education includes a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from LSU Shreveport, obtained in March 2022. Educational background also includes a high school diploma from Lake Zurich Senior High School, awarded in May 2016.
