Raphael Santos has extensive experience in quality assurance and project management, currently serving as an Analyste QA at PrestaShop since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as QA Lead and UAT Lead at Capgemini, where responsibilities encompassed quality assurance for major e-commerce platforms, team training, and execution of various testing phases for clients such as Nexity, Hermès, and L'Oréal. Raphael also worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Auchan Retail, focusing on the deployment of PLM solutions, and held a position as Digital Marketing Manager at the Institut français de Grèce. Educational qualifications include multiple certifications from the ISTQB Certification Institute, a Master 2 in NTIC and Business Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
