Andrew Aggabao

Andrew Aggabao, MPA, is an experienced professional currently serving as Practice Manager at Prestige Analytics, Inc. since October 2021, and as Co-Founder of Hypha Collective since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Andrew held the position of Senior Analyst at The Cadmus Group, Inc. from 2014 to 2019 and completed an internship as a Research Analyst at the UPMC Center for Health Security in 2014. Additional experience includes serving as a Global Terrorism Database Intern at the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START) and working as a Research Assistant at the Office of Diversity Education and Compliance. Andrew began a career in public service as an intern at the Office of the Public Defender Maryland in 2010. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Presidio Graduate School and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics, along with Asian American Studies from the University of Maryland.
