In turn, we pledge to donate 20% off our profits towards community projects selected by customers.There is truly something for everyone and we take pride in ensuring that we predominantly stock over 85% brands that are owned and founded by both women and /or Black-owned. The reason is because both groups being women in general and Black women are the biggest consumer groups in the multi-billion pound hair and beauty industry, yet only a small fraction of brands available in the mainstream retail shops are toxic-free or were founded and owned by those two demographics.
