Joshua Giron is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in real estate, acting, and entrepreneurship. As the Founder of GEM INVESTMENTS LLC since October 2023, Joshua focuses on transforming distressed properties and facilitating seamless real estate transactions. Additionally, Joshua serves as a Real Estate Agent at Skyline Properties Inc and is an MBA Candidate at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business. Experience as an Actor Model with Prestigious Models & Image Powerhouse and as an Actor Principal with Big Fish Entertainment complements Joshua's creative pursuits.
