Reaz Murshed Masud is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing mobile and AI applications. Currently a Staff Software Engineer at Presto since August 2019, Reaz has concentrated on the AI-Agent for voice-AI drive-through systems, building on previous expertise with table-top Android solutions. Formerly, Reaz served as a Senior Software Engineer at Florida State University and a Graduate Research Assistant focusing on targeted data extraction from smartphones for digital forensics. Notable accomplishments include leading the development of the iPay Android application, which exceeded 300,000 downloads, and creating popular VOIP applications at REVE Systems. Reaz began their career as a System Analyst and Software Developer with KB Group UK and as a Game Programmer at Mavrick Software, specializing in mobile game development using Unity3D. Reaz holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
