Leona Bylinski

Leona Bylinski has over 15 years of varied experience in communications, customer service, and scientific development. Currently serving as Communications and Marketing Assistant at Preston City Council since December 2008, Leona also provides customer advisory services. Previously, Leona worked at the University of Central Lancashire as a Clerical Assistant in the admissions department, supporting both overseas and British students. Leona began a career in the cosmetic industry as a Development Chemist at Universal Products (Lytham) Manufacturing Ltd, where responsibilities included the design and development of new products. Academically, Leona earned a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science from the University of Central Lancashire and completed a Chemistry Enhancement course at the University of Cumbria.
